add equal part of liquid
mix till well mixed
chill

cut mahi or other fresh fish into half inch pieces

dip fish into batter
fry 360 fat
|

soften a flour or corn tortilla
add pico de gallo mixed with sour cream and lime
add fish fresh shredded cabbage and crema and avocado
topp with fresh cilantro
