1/4 c peanut butter
|
| |
1 T vegetable oil
|

1 c water
|

2 1/4 c whole wheat flour

1 c oatmeal
|

Instructions |

Preheat oven to 375
|
|
|
|
In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, oil and water. Gradually add flour, then oatmeal.
|
|
|
|
Roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut with a cookie cutter.
|
|
|
|
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes
|

You can lower the fat by using low fat peanut butter, substituting unsweetened applesauce for veg oil
