     Steamed Asparagus with butter garlic sauce

Ingredients
2 bunches Asparagus spears, bottoms trimmed and washed
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp butter
1/2 to 1 tsp finely chopped garlic (to your taste)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Steam asparagus until it is heated through and still crunchy.
Sauté oil and butter over medium heat add garlic for about 20-30 seconds. Do NOT let it brown or burn.
Place asparagus on a dish, pour garlic/butter sauce over, salt pepper garnish with lemon.
