     Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 can quartered artichokes, drained
1 10 oz. box frozen, chopped spinach (Thaw and squeeze out liquid)
8 oz. monterey jack cheese, shredded
3 garlic cloves (Squeeze through garlic press)
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
Put mixture in glass or stoneware casserole dish (about the size of a pie plate).
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
Serving Suggestions
Great to serve warm with tortilla chips or pita chips. This is also delicious to stuff in mushrooms or chicken.
