     Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
2 cans petite diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
1 small onion (sliced)
1 small bell pepper (sliced)
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 lb ground beef & 1/2 lb ground pork; or 1 pkg hot italian sausage
Olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, crushed red peppers, oregano leaves, rosemary leaves, marjoram leaves
 
Bay leaves

Instructions
If using beef & pork, brown in a large skillet with olive oil. If using Italian sausage, it can be cooked in olive oil before putting into the sauce or it can be sliced raw & cooked with the sauce. Combine all ingredients in a crockpot & cook on low all day. Or you can cook in a large sauce pan over low heat until heated or for a couple of hours. Whatever your time will allow.
