     Paleo Honey Graham Cracker Crust

Ingredients
1/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. coconut flour
1/4 cup coconut oil, not melted
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
 

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl. Mix the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl. Slowly add the wet ingredient to the dry and mix together.
Place in the over for 15 minutes if you will not be baking it any further after adding your filling. If filling requires baking, bake the crust for 5-7 minutes until it's a very light golden color. Freeze the crust for 30 minutes, then add filling and return to the oven.
