     Cream Cheese Chicken (Freezes Well. Crock Pot)

Ingredients
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
1 stick melted butter or margarine (1/2 c)
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
 

Instructions
Turn crock pot on high. Put melted butter in the bottom. - Add dressing mix and stir until well mixed
Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch strips. Place into crock pot and stir to coat with butter and dressing mix. Cover and cook on High for 2 hours. - Remove chicken to cool on a separate plate.
Add one can cream of chicken soup and cream cheese to the crock pot. Stir to melt and mix well until smooth and creamy. Remove from crock pot and allow to cool.
Place chicken and sauce in a gallon freezer bag. Label and freeze. To serve: thaw. heat until piping hot and bubbly.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or hot buttered noodles.
