Mix sugar, peanut butter, corn syrup, salt and vanilla. Stir on stove until sugar is melted. Add 3 cups Special K and 1 cup Cheerio's. Grease pan. Pat out in a 9x13 pan. Break up Hershey Milk Chocolate bar over top and put in warm oven just until chocolate is melted - no longer than a few minutes.
