     Kale Chips 4HB

Ingredients
1 bunch kale
olive oil
salt
whatever other seasoning you want
 

Instructions
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F and line a non insulated cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper and place a cooking grate on it (for crispier chips) or, just place chips on parchment paper.
Remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt. (Be careful when sprinkling the kale with oil if not using a grate because if they chips sit in oil, they will be soggy.)
Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes or until crispy.
