ADD OIL, SUGAR, AND SALT. ADD FLOUR UNTIL DOUGH IS
NOT STICKY. KNEAD 30 SECONDS. COVER WITH CLEAN
CLOTH AND PLACE IN AN UNHEATED OVEN WITH THE OVEN
LIGHT ON. LET RISE UNTIL DOUBLED IN SIZE. PUNCH
DOWN AND LET REST ANOTHER 30-60 MINUTES. PLACE THE
BAKING STONE IN THE OVEN AND LEAVE IT THERE ON A
500 DEGREE OVEN UNTIL IT IS VERY HOT.
