     Crepes Poulet

Ingredients
12 crepes or tortilla
2 cans chicken chunks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 med onion diced
2 cups grated cheese
milk
salt and pepper
 

Instructions
In large mixing bowl,combine 2/3's of the can of mushroom and chicken soup, med diced onion, drain one chicken chunk save juice for sauce, add other can of chicken chunks undrained and drained chunks, 1 1/2 cups of cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Mix and break up chicken chunks. Spoon filling into crepes or tortillas. Roll up with ends open then place in greased baking dish. For Sauce- In small bowl mix remaining mushroom and chicken soup with chicken chunk juice and 1/2 cup of cheese and milk if too thick(should be a little runny) pour over crepes in baking dish. Bake at 375 for 20-40 minutes (for soft top add tin foil and remove last 5 minutes)
Serving Suggestions
You can use mushrooms,celery or any diced veggie really to mix it up.
