Preheat oven to 400. Boil pasta in boiling salted
water for 3 min. drain and set aside. While pasta
is boiling, heat oil over medium-high heat in
large skillet. Season Chicken with salt and
pepper. Cook chicken 3-5 minutes per side. Halve
each piece lengthwise, thinly slice crosswise.

In a 5 quart Dutch oven or heavy pot, melt butter
over medium. add flour and garlic; cook, whisking,
1 min. while whisking gradually add milk. keep
whisking as sauce thickens about 1 min more. add
tomatoes cook 1 min. take pan off heat and add
provolone and 1/2 cup parmesan and stir.
