     BREAD STUFFING

Ingredients
3/4 cup chopped onion
6 c. finely chopped celery
2 sticks (one cup) butter
28 slices of bread (a little over a loaf)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tsp. ground sage
1 cup or more chicken broth (or water) until moist but not wet
 

Instructions
Cook onions and celery in butter. Combine with bread and seasonings. Toss with enough liquid to moisten.
Makes 12 cups of stuffing.
