Melt butter in large bowl and add all ingredients except chocolate and paraffin. Stir with spoon and then roll into balls. Insert toothpicks into each ball and put in freezer. Melt paraffin and chocolate chipes. Dip balls in chocolate. Remove picks and patch holes with small paint brush dipped in chocolate.
