1 red, 1 orange and 1 yellow pepper, all deseeded and finely diced
2 celery sticks, finely chopped
pinch of dried oregano
half a head of broccoli, steamed and cut into small pieces
soy sauce, optional and for adults only (not suitable for toddlers)
Instructions
cook the rice following the pack instructions. turn
off the heat and leave, covered for 10 mins.
meanwhile, heat the oil n a pan and fry the beef
over a high heat for 5 mins until browned and cooked
through, then place on a plate. in the same pan, add
the onion, pepper, celery and oregano, and cook
gently or 10 mins until all vegatables are soft.
add the broccoli, drained rice and beef to the pan,
mix together.
opitional- drizzle adult version with soy sauce
and serve.
