My favourite jelly salad is one that I have used for years at our Hansen reunions. Brad is from a large extended family with lots of cousins. Kind of like your moms and my grandmas. Whenever one cousin would come home, they would have a pot luck supper so everyone could visit that cousin. It was also Brad’s dad’s favourite salad as well. It is super easy to make and everyone usually likes it.
Maureen has a special place in my heart. We did a fair amount with her in the summer growing up, she was like a sister. I guess if I turned 50, she was eventually going too as well. (I turned 50 in 2011) Not that long ago I thought 50 was OLD!
