     Homemade Meatballs

Ingredients
4 lbs ground round
2 cups Itailan breadcrumbs
1/4 cup minced garlic
1 cup Romano/parmesan cheese (grated is better, but shredded will work)
3 lg eggs- beaten
1 1/4 Tbsp kosher salt
2 tsp black pepper
6-8 lg fresh finely chopped basil leaves
1 tsp Italian seasonings
 
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup distilled water
1/4 cup fresh finely chopped Italian parsley

Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Mix well and shape into golf-sized meatballs. Place on baking pan and bake on 350 for 30 minutes. You may cook 3-4 mild Italian sausage with the meatballs and put bite-sized pieces into the sauce. This recipe makes 3 packs of 18 meatballs (the packs freeze well...use 1 pack per pot of sauce. Use this recipe with the Homemade Spaghetti Sauce recipe in the Main Entrée section of this cookbook.
