in a fry pan or wok combine onion butter and brown
sugar on lowest heat. Stir every 10 minutes for 1
hour then turn heat up slightly and continue
frequently stirring until you have achieved the
desired caramelization (everybody has there
preferences)
in large mixing bowl barely combine mince,
worcestershire, garlic, and salt and pepper to
taste.
add bacon and mushroom and finish mixing
make burgers the size you desire (when i do this i
usually get about 6)
grill them up!!!
after flipping burgers top with caramelized onion
and shredded cheese and finish cooking until
cheese is well melted -)
