combine flour, paprika, cayanne, salt,garlic, and
pepper in a small bowl.
put wings into large mixing bowl and sprinkle
mixture over wings and toss to coat evenly, put
into fridge for 60-90 minutes
pan fry in skillet in one inch of oil until crispy
and golden.
for the sauce combine hot sauce and butter in
small sauce pan
once butter is melted add brown sugar and stir
frequently until sauce is near boiling.
fully coat wings with sauce eat up
