     Poppy Seed Chicken

Ingredients
4 chicken breast
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
2/3 stick margarine or butter
 
Instructions
Boil chicken in water until tender. Cool and then shred. Place in a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish.
Mix sour cream and soup together and pour over the chicken.
Melt margarine and mix with cracker crumbs and poppy seeds. Spoon over top and bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes
