     Oriental Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Dressing-
3 T. honey
1 1/2 T. white vinegar
4 tsp mayonnaise
1 T. grey poupon dijon mustard
1/2 tsp sesame oil or to taste
4 to 5 crispy fried chicken breast strips
 
3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup chopped red cabbage
1 cup chopped napa cabbage
1/2 carrot, shredded
1 green onion, sliced
1 T Toasted slivered almonds
1/3 cup oriental rice noodles
Instructions
Mix dressing ingredients well and refrigerate until just before serving salad. Put dressing on salad greens and toss, top with onion, almonds, noodles, and sliced chicken breasts.
