     Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients
2 1/2 quarts water
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup chopped green onions
4 eggs -- slightly beaten
 

Instructions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large saucepan, bring to a boil. Slowly pour eggs into the boiling broth. Cook for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
