     Lemon Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 3/4 Cups milk
1 pkg instant lemon jello pudding
1 can cherry pie filling
1 1/4 cups crushed graham crackers crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
6 T. melted butter
 

Instructions
Blend crust ingredients together pat into baking dish. Bake 6 to 8 minutes at 375 degrees. Stir cheese until smooth and soft, gradually blend in milk, add pudding last and blend well and pour into crust. Chill. Top with cherry pie filling.
