2 tsp vegetable oil
|

1 onion, peeled and finely diced
|

100g chicken breast, finely diced
|

350g butternut squash, peeled and diced
|

1 parsnip, peeled and chopped
|

1 carrot. peeled and chopped
|

Instructions |
|
|
heat the oil in the saucepan and saute the onion for 3-4 mins until
softened. add the chicken and saute until lightly browned.

stir in the squash, parsnip and carrot and cover with lightly boiled
water. simmer for 20-30 mins until tender. drain and reserve the coking
liquid.

|
|
puree or mash to consistency desired, adding more of the cooking liquid
as necessary.
|
|
|
freeze in ice cube trays and once frozen store i a marked ziplock bag.
