Ingredients
3 eggs
ice
fresh sausage meat
pinch of paprika
pinch of cornstarch
hotdog mustard
splash of water
pinch of salt
flour
 
breadcrumbs
oil to fry

Instructions
half boil an egg for 3 mins, then place it in a bowl of ice to stop it from cooking further. peel the egg.
put the sausage meat, paprika, cornstarch, mustard and a splash of water into a mixer, add a pinch of salt and mix.
place the mixture in between two sheets of clingfilm and roll flat. place the half boiled egg in the centre and cover with the meat. dip the ball into flour, breadcrumbs and a beaten egg mixture.
put the scotch egg in oil at 190c for 2 mins, then bake in the oven at 190c for 10 mins.
