Ingredients
1 pack of all butter biscuits
30g melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
popping candy
double cream
milk chocolate
50g custard
cocoa powder
 

Instructions
add the biscuits, butter and sugar to a blender and mix till its crumbs. add the popping candy and mix gently. put in a mould and leave to set.
use equal amounts of melted chocolate and double cream and add the custard. pour the mixture over the base then freeze till sets.
sprinkle the top with cocoa powder or alternatively use a DIY paint spray gun and spray the top with melted chocolate and oil.
