get the air spray and turn it upside down so it comes out cold. turn the baking tray upside down and spray with the airspray to freeze.
DO THIS OUTSIDE AND DON'T BREATHE IT IN!!!!!
once this is done quickly turn the tray over to the clean side, get the piping bags full of chocolate and make a pattern on the tray.
peel the chocolte off the tray and mould to the shape you require.
