Ingredients
fish (tilapia, cod, and white flaky fish)
small flour tortillas
pico de gallo
corn
sour cream
cabbage
4 limes
cilantro
bread crumbs
 
2 eggs
olive oil
lemon juice
lime zest
cumin
spicy peper sauce (adobo) or spicy salsa

Instructions
1-mix marinade in bowl, then marinade fish in gallon ziplock bag for 20 min 2-put pico de gallo, corn, sour cream, cabbage, limes in bowls for easy use 3-in large skillet, put 1/8cup oil and put on medium/high heat 4-bread the fish after marinade is complete. cut fish into small strips, soak in a bowl of the beaten eggs, dip in breading so it is fully covered in breading 5-put breaded fish in skillet, fry on both sides untill golden brown 6-put everything together to make tacos- in a flour tortilla, add fish, pico de gallo, sour cream, corn, cabbage, cilantro, and squeeze limes over it for extra flavor
