     TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE

Ingredients
4 oz. (3 cups) egg noodles
1 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 TBS. butter
2 TBS. flour
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
9-oz. can tuna, drained
 
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook noodles, drain.
In a saucepan, cook peas and onions in butter until tender. Stir in flour; stir in soup. Gradually, stir in milk, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in tuna and cooked noodles.
Turn into a 1-1/2 qt. casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
