Frosting- Mix butter, milk, peppermint extract and food coloring together. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
Drizzle or Glaze
Microwave butter and chocolate chips together on high power for one minute. Add vanilla and stir. Randomly drizzle over frosted brownies.
