     Velvet Chicken Breast

Ingredients
Chicken breasts or chicken tenders
 

Instructions
Trim all fat. Fill 2-3 qt pand 1/2 full of water. Add chicken and bring just to boiling over high heat.Remove from heat and cover tightly. Let stand for 18 minutes. Test chicken in thickest part If still pink, let stand longer Take from pan and immerse in ice water until cold. Use anyway desired.
