     Beef Brisket

Ingredients
3 tbs liquid smoke
3 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion salt
2 tsp celery salt
Mix and brush over meat. Cover and let set overnight in fridge
Sprinkle with pepper and worchestershire sauce. Cover with foil and bake 5 hours at 275
decrees. Pour off liquid.
Sauce
 
1 cup catsup
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp salt
4 cups brown sugar
1 cup water
1 finely chopped onion
1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
Boil for 15 minutes

Instructions
Cover with the second sauce and bake for 1 to 2 hours uncovered.
You can cut back on the brown sugar.
