     Marinade

Ingredients
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cup salad oil (Crisco)
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worchestershire sauce
2 tbs dry mustard
2 tbs salt
1 tbs black pepper
1/2 cup Red Wine vinegar
2 crushed garlic buds. (blender will crush them)
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients well in the blender. Baste meat. Carol usually lets the meat marinage while the grill is heating. Can be basted longer if desired. Do not save any liquid that the meat has been in contact with. Use that liquid as a basting medium. Carol uses this for the chicken for the leafy lettuce salad.
