cream the butter, sugar and lemon zest until light
and fluffy. slowly beat in the eggs and then sift
the flour, corn flour and baking powder together
then fold into the mixture.
stir in the milk and put the mixture into a 18cm
cake tin and bake for 40 mins at 170c.
