Ingredients
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1lb of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 
Instructions
heat oven to 425. line baking pan with foil
in small bowl, combine chili powder, coriander garlic powder, cinnamon, and salt. season chicken
heat olive oil in skillet. cook chicken until browned
transfer to baking pan and roast until done.
