     Chicken with Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients
6 chicken breast halves
6 mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. flour
 

Instructions
Place chicken in crock pot and sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix soup, broth and sliced mushrooms. Pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Remove chicken from pot and allow to cool. Either leave it in pieces or shred it.
Remove gravy from pot and put in a separate bowl. Add in flour and sour cream.
When cool, put into a freezer bag and freeze. To serve: thaw and heat until hot/bubbly.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over rice, hot buttered noodles or hot mashed potatoes.
