Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, Parmesan, basil, lemon juice and pepper in a small bowl. Spread 2 tsp of the mixture on each slice of bread. Divide chicken and tomato slices among 4 slices of bread; top with remaining bread.
Toast sandwich in a George Foreman grill or on the stove in a skillet. Cook until golden.
