Preptime   20 - 30 for mirinati

400g rump, topside or fillet steak
1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
1 tablespoon mild curry paste
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups of cooked rice

1. Cut meat into 2cm cubes 2. mix meat, ginger, curry paste, peanut butter and lemon juice. Marinate for 30 minutes. 3.thread meat onto skewers.
4. Grill 8-12 minutes, brushing with marinate during cooking 5. Allow to rest for 4 minutes 6. serve skewers on a bed of rice with peanut sauce poured over them.
