2 (11 oz.) packages Tyson Grilled and Ready Fully Cooked Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
1/2 cup diced oil-packed sundried tomatoes
1/2 cup halved, pitted Kalamata olives
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper
Instructions
Cook orzo pasta according to package directions. Drain and transfer to large bowl.
Fold in chicken, sundried tomatoes, olives, basil, lemon juice, olive oil, and parmesan cheese.
Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
