In a large bowl, combine the chicken, lemon juice,
garlic, green onions, soy sauce, ginger and egg
white. Shape into 4 patties. Refrigerate for 1
hour.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for
5 minutes. Grill the patties for 7-8 minutes, or
according to your preference. Serve on the sesame
seed buns and pass condiments such as lowfat
peanut butter, hoisin sauce and bean sprouts.
