1/4 c. flour
|
|
2 tsp. salt
|
|
1-1.5 lbs. ground beef
|
|
2 T. butter
|
|
1 clove garlic, crushed
|
|
2 c. water
|
|
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
|
|
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
|
|
1 tsp. beef boullion
|
|
|
|
8 oz. medium noodles
|
|
1 c. sour half-and-half
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Coat meat with flour and salt. Brown meat in butter. Add onions and garlic. Cook until onions are slightly tender but not brown.

Blend in 1 c. water, tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer about 20 mins.
|
|
|
Add 1 cup water, boullion and noodles; cover and simmer 7-10 mins.
|
|
|
Stir in half-and-half. Heat thoroughly, but don't boil. Serve immediately.
