|
preheat the oven to 180c.
to make the crumble, mix together the flour, sugar and salt and rub the butter into it to form a coarse breadcrumb-like mix, chill.

|
stew the apples down in a pan with sugar until the fruit is tender but not mushing, add the blackberries and remove from the heat.
|
|
|
lightly butter a casserole dish and add the fruit mix, then the crumble on top.
|
|
|
bake for 40-45 mins until the crumble is golden.
serve with ice cream, cream or custard.
