Brown ground turkey seasoning with chili powder,
cumin, salt & pepper. When cooked add drained
rinsed black beans and corn. Add your favorite
salsa or just diced tomatoes. Dish into raw bell
peppers cut lengthwise (red are the best but
whatever looks good) and top with shredded cheese.
Bake or broil til warm. These also reheat
beautifully in the microwave.
