     Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients
2 lbs asparagus, as fat as possible, well washed
Coarse salt/pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F with a baking sheet inside the oven. Trim & peel asparagus to the point on the stem where it's most tender. Wash well. While asparagus is still wet, drizzle it with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Place on the preheated baking sheet & roast until tender (test with the tip of a knife). 25-30 mins depending on the size of asparagus.
