     Enchillada Sauce

Ingredients
2 Tbs. chilli powder
3 Tbs. all purpose flour
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. powdered oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup water
2 cups chicken broth
 
1 can tomato sauce, 8 oz.

Instructions
Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add just enough water to make a thin paste. Pour into a 2 quart sauce pan. Stir constantly while adding remaining water and the chicken broth. Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened. Add tomato sauce and stir well. Heat thoroughly.
Serving Suggestions
Use to make enchilladas. Combine with ground beef for burritos.
