     Baked Pumpkin Wedges

Ingredients
4 pieces pumpkin (use little pie pumpkins, also known as sugar pumpkins)
1 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
1/4 tsp nutmeg
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425
Lightly oil the pumpkin on the fleshy side, salt to taste, then sprinkle nutmeg.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until the pumpkin is tender.
