Fry bacon and remove to drain on paper towel. Save about a
tablespoon of grease in the skillet. Add olive oil and garlic to
pan, stir, and remove from heat. Garlic will continue to sauté as
pan cools. Add spaghetti to boiling, cook as directed for al
dente, and drain in colander. Return skillet to heat and add
spaghetti when oil is heated. Toss noodles in oil, crack egg into
skillet onto spaghetti, and continue to toss until egg coating
cooks (1 minute depending on heat). Place in a serving bowl and
top with crumbled bacon, black pepper, nutmeg and parmesan.
NOT LOW FAT, BUT GOOD.
