Badlands Chicken

Ingredients

	6 skinned/boneless chicken breasts
	1 large sour cream (16 oz.)
	3 cans cream of chicken soup
	3 slices bacon cut in half
	salt/pepper to taste
	parsley


Instructions


Wrap bacon around each piece of chicken and place in 9 x 12 baking dish. Mix sour cream and chicken soup in separate bowl Pour over chicken. Garnish with parsley, salt and pepper. Bake at 300 degree oven for 3 hours. Do not raise heat and bake for the full 3 hours.


Serve over long-grained rice. This presents beautifully with fresh steamed broccoli. Enjoy!
