Pour warm water into a large bowl, add the sugar and package of
yeast. Stir the mixture until dissolved, let sit to allow the yeast to
mature for about 10 minutes.
After yeast matures (bubbles) Add the salt, and olive oil and stir
again to combine the ingredients. Add 1 cup of flour and whisk in
until dissolved. Add the second cup of flour and whisk it in, add the
third cup and combine, by now the dough mixture should be fairly
thick. Add the last cup of flour and with your hands begin to
combine and knead the dough - let rise for about 45 minutes or so.
You can also choose to mix the ingredients in a large kitchen mixer.
Add flour slowly and mix.
once dough rises, spread on baking pan and out in oven to cook till
it looses the wet look it has, remove from oven and you can brush
on a mixture of Butter and garlic and return to oven for a few
minutes or until the butter mixture begins to bubble. Then remove
and add your pizza toppings.
