     Chicken and Dumplings Casserole

Ingredients
2 Chicken breasts, cooked and shredded ( I use a store bought rotisserie chicken, save the two chick
2 Cups Chicken broth (I use Swanson’s)
˝ Stick of real butter
2 Cups Bisquick
2 Cups whole milk or can use half and hal
1 Can Cream of Chicken soup (use the herbed Cream of Chicken soup if you can find it)
3 teaspoons of chicken granules ( I use Wylers)
1 teaspoon black pepper
 

Instructions
Directions- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Layer I In a 9x13 casserole dish, melt ˝ stick butter. Spread shredded chicken over melted butter. Sprinkle black pepper and dried sage over layer of chicken. DO NOT STIR!
Layer 2 – In a small bowl, mix milk and Bisquick. Slowly pour mixture all over the chicken. DO NOT STIR!
Layer 3- In a medium bowl whisk together 2 cups of chicken broth, chicken granules, and the cream of chicken soup. Once this is blended, slowly pour over the Bisquick layer. DO NOT STIR!
Bake 30 minutes or till top is golden brown.
